Almost all my time is dedicated to commercial projects for small and medium business. Between deadlines, conferences and business inquires I'm also trying to bring ideas to life. The following list of projects is something I'm working on and I'm planning to realease sooner or later.

SpryTeam I had some ideas about how a project management tool should look like. After monthes of research and planning I'm in the middle of architecture development process.
SpryFrame SpryFrame is probably yet another framework. I'm using it, I like it and probably I will publish some modules sometimes. I forgot to mention that is entirely written in PHP be me and Sorin Gitlan, one of the most dedicated men I ever worked with and I'm really happy it's part of the SpryBase team.

PubSpace SpryBase planning the release of PubSpace.eu v2.0, a social network for European pub crawlers. I'm doing the business plan, application architecture and I'm also working with Andrei for graphic concept.
SpryHub It was very painfull to manage multiple CVS/SVN/Git/Mercurial repositories over the years so I made few automations which made my life easier. Now all the automations are grouped into SpryHub project. There were few debates lately in SpryBase about the future of SpryHub and the final decision was: Let's give it a nice interface, make it public and wait for feedback. The details will be published soon on SpryHub's website.
CarBay Romanian cars market had only few options. I'm trying to get online a product that will make everybody happy. More informations later.
